Author of 812 publications of which 567 indexed scientific articles, 29 books and 214 book chapters, from 1981 to 2025 (H index=73), and of 17 patents, all of them exploited by food or nutrition companies. Director of the 5-volume Treatise on Nutrition, he has supervised 60 doctoral theses and has received 42 personal or collective national and international awards.
