• All abstracts must be submitted through the form on the official website before Friday, January 31, 2025. Those received after this date will not be accepted.
• The presentation format may be:- Oral communication- Poster
• The scientific committee will choose the final presentation modality for each of the abstracts.
• Once the abstract has been sent, the author will automatically receive an e-mail acknowledgement of receipt, where he/she will be able to check the text and the data sent. It is the author’s responsibility to contact the technical secretariat in case he/she does not receive the automatic acknowledgement of receipt or if there is any error in the data sent: spaingastronomiaconference2025@mastercongresos.com
• After the review of the abstracts by the scientific committee, the result of the evaluation will be notified to the authors on Friday, February 14, 2025.
• Abstracts will be divided into thematic areas:

    • SENSORY SCIENCE. CONSUMER SCIENCE.
    • MEDITERRANEAN DIET AND OTHER TERRITORIAL DIETS AND LIFESTYLES.
    • GASTRONOMY AND COLLECTIVE CATERING: SCHOOL CANTEENS, COMPANY CANTEENS, NURSING HOMES, AND HOSPITALS.
    • POLICIES AND PROGRAMMES FOR THE PROMOTION OF GASTRONOMY, NUTRITION AND HEALTH.
    • GASTRONOMY AS AN EXPRESSION OF CULTURE AND ART.

The abstract will have a maximum length of 300 words. You can consult the template here.
Tables and graphs are not allowed in the abstract.
There will be a maximum of six authors.
The presenting author must be registered in the congress.
A maximum of 2 abstracts will be accepted for each registered person.
