• During the Conference we will not only talk about food and gastronomy – we will also enjoy the Spanish diversity in Gastronomy and culture, since this will be the common thread during the conference meals.
• It is possible to bring an accompanying guest to the conference’s social events who will only attend the social events of the conference. The registration does not include entrance to the scientific lectures.

MEALS

• The meal for the first evening, November 21st, will be a get-together dinner at CEU San Pablo University, Moncloa Campus (the conference venue). Please, note that this meal is included in the conference fee.
• The Conference Dinner will be on November 22nd (location to be confirmed). Note that it is important to register for the Conference Dinner before October 31st to secure a place at the table.

• Lunches and coffee breaks will be served at the Conference venue (CEU San Pablo University, Moncloa Campus)
